**For those travelling to the Management Science Workshop venue, a free transfer service will be provided from Santiago to Santa Cruz on the morning of Thursday January 3rd. This bus will leave from Department of Industrial Engineering of the Universidad de Chile (DII-UChile), located on Domeyko 2338, Santiago, Santiago at 10 AM. The journey time will be approximately 3 hours.

The workshop will start with on January 3rd, with lunch at Hotel Santa Cruz Plaza.

On the day the conference ends, Saturday January 5th, a return service to Santiago will be available once the workshop activities are complete, at 2 PM approx.

It is very important that you consider these transfers when planning your trip. Otherwise, a daily bus service to Santa Cruz runs from Terminal Sur bus station, located at Alameda 3850. Santiago. About Santa Cruz

Blessed with perfect terroir and climate, Chile has established itself as a major producer of high quality, value for money wines. Many of the country’s iconic premium wines come from the rolling hills and lush valleys of Colchagua, some 2.5 hours south of Santiago.

Visits to the wineries are superb, with Montes, Casa Lapostolle, and Neyén perhaps the pick of the bunch. Some vineyards can be enjoyed on horseback, some offer vertical tastings, and you can even blend your own wine while touring Viña MontGras. This is paradise for wine lovers.
